Terms of Service
Plain English, because that’s how I’d want it explained to me. Every client signs a full written service agreement before any work starts — that signed agreement is the binding document between us. This page is the honest summary of how Say Less works.

What Say Less does
Say Less Worldwide provides local search services for small businesses: a one-time Google Business Profile optimization and setup, ongoing monthly local-search management (posts, photos, review responses, listing corrections across Google, Bing, and Apple Maps), and monthly reporting including ranking-grid scans. The exact scope for your business is written into your service agreement after your audit — you’ll know precisely what you’re getting before you pay anything.
What Say Less doesn’t promise
No specific rankings, traffic levels, lead counts, or revenue outcomes — Google, Bing, and the AI tools that use them are controlled by those companies, and their systems change without notice. What I promise instead is the labor: the agreed work, done professionally, every week, using only methods the search platforms allow — no shortcuts, no tricks that put your profile at risk. If anyone in this industry guarantees you a ranking, that’s a warning sign, not an offer.
Term and cancellation
Engagements start with a 3-month initial term, because local search results genuinely take that long to show up in the data — I’d rather say that up front than sell you a faster story. After the initial term, everything runs month-to-month. Either of us can cancel with 30 days’ written notice; email counts. When we part ways, you keep your profile, your content, and every report I’ve sent you, and I remove my access.
Billing and refunds
There’s a one-time setup fee, invoiced when you sign, and a flat monthly fee billed in advance each month. If you cancel, you’re never charged past your notice period. Because this is a service, fees for work already performed aren’t refundable — but if you’re ever billed in error, I’ll refund it, no argument. Any third-party costs (they’re rare) only ever happen with your written approval first.
Your side of it
For the work to work, you provide manager-level access to your Google Business Profile (you keep ownership at all times), accurate business information, and reasonably prompt answers when I need an approval. If access or information is delayed, timelines shift with it. And one practical rule: don’t have a second provider editing the same profile at the same time — conflicting edits make it impossible to tell what’s working.
Who owns what
Once paid for, everything created for your business — profile content, posts, reports — is yours. The tools, methods, and know-how I use to do the work stay mine. I may reference the work and aggregate results in future case studies unless you tell me not to, which you can do at any time.
Confidentiality
Anything non-public you share with me stays between us and gets used only to do the work. Any credentials you provide are stored securely and never shared.
The legal frame
Say Less Worldwide is operated by Jasper Liberti, sole proprietor, in California, and these terms are governed by California law. Liability on both sides is limited to the fees actually paid in the twelve months before any claim, and neither of us is on the hook for indirect or consequential damages, or for things genuinely outside our control — including search platform algorithm changes and outages. If we ever disagree, we talk first, in good faith, before anything else.
